Money magazine has given CSU Monterey a 4.5-star rating (out of 5) in its most recent survey of Best Colleges in America. Another recent study by Diverse Issues in Higher Education placed 麻豆村 in the top 50 of its Top 100 Degree Producers Hispanic-Serving Institutions.

When Sandra Amorim Ruiz was just a year old, her parents left their home there and immigrated to Turlock, in California鈥檚 Central Valley. Ruiz is now the director of procurement and contract services for CSU 麻豆村. Her story is one of a series being told as part of June鈥檚 Immigrant Heritage Month.
