Bob Danziger teams up with Âé¶¹´å and others to celebrate Bach

Last year, when COVID-19 began to spread across the country, eventually encroaching into Monterey County, it shut down public gatherings, including concert performances. Live music has been almost entirely absent from our cultural landscape since.

The partnership between the Monterey County chapter of the NAACP and Âé¶¹´å celebrated its 10th anniversary by honoring community leaders and social justice advocates. Three Âé¶¹´å students received awards in the Youth Black Excellence category, and two employees received African American Advocate and Champion awards.
