Student Refunds

California State University, 麻豆村 utilizes BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution powered by BMTX, Inc., to deliver your student refund.

You can visit the BankMobile website at: for general information, or you can review the information listed below for more 麻豆村 specific details.

 

  1. Log in to your 麻豆村 Dashboard.
  2. Click the link to OASIS.
  3. From your Student Center page, locate the Finance section, and click on BankMobile Disbursements.
  4. On the BankMobile welcome page, click Set up your profile.
  5. Create your login credentials and enter your birthdate when prompted.
  6. Next, confirm the mobile number on file.*  A one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent to that number.
  7. Enter the OTP to verify your identity, then select your preferred refund delivery method.

Please keep in mind that you may not have a refund pending at this time. However, we encourage you to select your refund preference in advance to avoid a delay in receiving any potential student refunds.

After activating your account through your OASIS Student Center, future updates to your BankMobile account must be made by logging in directly through their website at .

Please ensure that you are NOT using a public or shared device, on a VPN, or blocking browswer privacy settings when updating your refund preference.

*If you wish to change the mobile number BankMobile has on file, follow the prompts on the page or contact BankMobile at (866) 309-7454 or (877) 327-9515. 

PAPER CHECK DELIVERED BY USPS 
A check is mailed the same business day BMTX, Inc. receives funds from your school, provided receipt is within daily cutoff times.  Typically, it takes 5 – 7 business days for the check to arrive, depending on USPS First-Class® delivery timeframes. If you do not choose a refund preference, your refund will be mailed out via paper check.

DEPOSIT TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT 
Money is transferred to an existing account the same business day BMTX, Inc. receives funds from your school. Typically, it takes 1 – 2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.

DEPOSIT TO A BANKMOBILE (formerly VIBE) ACCOUNT 
If you open a BankMobile Checking Account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BMTX, Inc. receives funds from your school.

***To avoid any delays in receiving your student refund, you must select a refund option.***

Students who have existing BankMobile Disbursement accounts with another school will still have to go through the "Set up your profile" step and the refund selection process for their account with CSU 麻豆村.

Please note that each account you have with BankMobile must have a unique email address associated with it.  You can not use your 麻豆村 campus email address with another school's BankMobile account.

 Students must complete a withdrawal form and submit appropriate documentation.
