Interested in Becoming an Orientation Leader?

If you’re looking for a meaningful way to get involved on campus, the Orientation Leader (OL) role offers the opportunity to support incoming students while developing valuable leadership and professional skills. Orientation Leaders have a direct impact on a student’s first impression of Âé¶¹´å and help create a welcoming, inclusive experience from day one.

As an Orientation Leader, you will:

  • Welcome and guide new students and their supporters
  • Facilitate small group conversations
  • Share your experience and insights about campus life
  • Help create a positive and inclusive environment

This role also provides hands-on experience that strengthens your resume and prepares you for future leadership roles, internships, and careers, while giving back to the Âé¶¹´å community.

How to Apply

Submit a resume and cover letter through when applications open

  • Application cycle: Opens in December, with interviews held February–March
  • Employment term: April–September
