Vang works in a variety of roles serving the Otter Student Union (OSU) and Student Housing & Residential Life where her positive and upbeat attitude has impacted thousands of visitors to campus.

SEASIDE, Ca., December 4, 2019 – First Night Monterey unveiled its 2020 theme, “Light Up the Night!” and artwork for the upcoming New Year’s Eve Celebration at Â鶹´å’s Alumni and Visitor Center today.

SEASIDE, Ca., December 4, 2019 – The MY Town Pop-up Children’s Museum launched at the Â鶹´å Salinas City Center during the summer of 2019. The exhibition provided a free children’s museum for Salinas and saw nearly 6,000 attendees. It also functioned as a research space for Â鶹´å students.

SEASIDE, Calif., November 15, 2019 – Â鶹´å Cinematic Arts and Technology major Erin Mansel was among 1,000 students across the nation selected to the Forbes Under 30 Scholars Program this year.

SEASIDE, Calif., November 12, 2019 – California State University, Â鶹´å (Â鶹´å) President Eduardo M. Ochoa will host several of Â鶹´å’s founding members to discuss their experiences and memories about the founding of Â鶹´å.

​​​​​The California State University (CSU) Board of Trustees Special Committee to Consider the Selection of the Chancellor began the search process for the next chancellor by hosting an open forum on Tuesday, November 12, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. in the University Union Ballroom at Sacramento State.
