The Asian and Pacific Islander Association student group at CSU Â鶹´å embarks on all sorts of activities, events and fundraisers. But while the club’s depth of projects can seem ambitious, or even complicated, the underlying goals are pretty simple: togetherness, community and education.

The longtime Seaside community leader is commemorated in the naming of the Helen Rucker Center for Black Excellence.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, dozens of Â鶹´å nursing and physician assistant students served as frontline healthcare workers in hospitals, nursing facilities, and clinics.
